A Neapolitan Fryer variety narrow mildy pointed fruit, brilliant in green colour that is sweet. When over ripe, it gradually turns red so this variety must be picked green. A very early variety and good cropper it is often used for frying.
It is sown in the nursery from November to transplant in January, for direct seeding from January to April.
