This is a summer variety that is resistant to bolting. It features a white seed, crinkly outer leaves with slightly serrated edges. It has a round, very uniform tight very heavy head that is bright green in color. This variety is resistant to high temperatures and bad weather and particularly appreciated for perfect consistency in growth and maturation.
