Description
This variety has a large very white round compact head and is protected by strong, broad, slightly pointed and greyish leaves. It is a straight and vertical plant with good coverage. Its' rustic characteristic allow it to be grown in many different places.
Sowing Period
In seed bed from May to June for December harvesting. Transplant seedlings about one month after sowing, when plants are about 8 inches tall, at a distance of 28 inches with 12 inches between rows.
